This is a fun choreography influenced by the 1920's Charleston dance fused with Bellydance. This choreography can easily be used for a solo as well as a duet or group performance!

Beautiful instrumental music is sometimes so fit our inner mood and shows our feelings. But how to make a really beautiful choreography to such a kind of music? Based on the choreography I created specially for this workshop I will give you my key to this so that you can create your own dance and express your individuality.

Playing with movement, imagination, creation for solo or group. Lamia will share exercises to explore body dynamic and stillness quality, to expand presence through the limbs from the center, to integrate breath and dance non-automatically: not predetermined, not random, something in between.

Effortless Flow
Quality of movement is not gained by finding the exact, "correct" movement but by removing the excess tension and parasitic/useless movement that surround it. Mastery takes time, but in this 2 hour workshop you will learn the hacks to work more efficiently towards effortless flow.

Control: strong technique, grounded practice
Keywords: fundamentals, presence, attitude, technique.
In this class we'll deepen our study of the strong fundamentals for dance. We'll explore different topics: presence in the body and focused attitude, specific technique for different parts of the body, footwork, stillness and dynamic, as well as isolations, layerings and transitions. This workshops is designed to clean the technique in order to let our dance bestronger, soulful and fearless.

Slow and fast, small and big, but always so snaky, fluid and hypnotizing – waves are really worth to master it. We will actually build the whole choreography based on waves – different types, directions and techniques.
